No Advance Refund Policy

At Apple Studio, all projects require an advance payment to initiate work. Please note that advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a project has been confirmed and payment has been made:

• The advance amount is used to reserve resources, time, and planning

• Work begins immediately, including research, strategy, design, or development

• Therefore, the advance payment cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after payment:

• Any advance or partial payment made will be forfeited

• No refund will be issued for completed or in-progress work

• Additional charges may apply if extra work has already been delivered

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Apple Studio is unable to start or deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

• A written mutual agreement is made between Apple Studio and the client

Any such exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is entirely at the discretion of Apple Studio.
